ORDERS PLACED WILL BE PROCESSED AND SHIPPED OUT 1-2 DAYS AFTER ORDER IS PLACED. Shipping time usually takes 2-5 days for standard shipping inside North America and 5-10 days outside of North America. Tracking number will be provided within 24 hours after purchase.
We do accept returns. If the item is damaged during shipping or changed your mind, just email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will refund the order.

How do I track my order?
We will send you a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number for your order. The shipping confirmation email will be sent to the email that you provided when placing your order. It will guide you on how to track your package.
Please note that the tracking information will be available 1-5 days after you have received your shipping confirmation email.
How do I cancel my order?
To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at email@example.com. Be sure to include your order number and a message indicating that you want the order to be cancelled.
We can cancel an order if the order has not been processed yet.
Please note that orders are processed nightly at 10:00 PM (PST).
I have not received my order yet, is it lost?!

Do I get receipt for my order?
You will be sent a receipt for your order by email after payment is made. You will also receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.
If you do not receive an email from North's Best Deals within hours of placing your order and it’s not in your Spam folder, the email address on file is most likely spelled incorrectly.

How do I change my shipping address?
